Key Lime Pie Rice Krispie Treats
Ingredients
• 3 tbsp butter
• 1 10 oz package marshmallows (or 4 cups mini marshmallows)
• 5 cups Rice Krispies Cereal
• 1 cup graham crackers, crushed
• 1 whole lime (zest and juice)
• 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Coat a 13x9x2" pan with baking spray. Set aside.
2. Melt butter in heavy bottomed saucepan over low heat.
3. Add marshmallows, lime zest, and lime juice. Stir until melted and thoroughly combined. Remove from heat.
4. Stir in cereal and graham crackers, then add white chocolate chips. Stir to mix.
5. Press evenly into prepared baking pan with a spatula.
6. Place in refrigerator for 20-30 minutes or until cool and set. Cut into even squares and serve.
