Key West 1720 rough seas 

I had my 1720 20 miles offshore and got caught in a storm. The little boat never let me down.

I’ve owned lots of great fishing boats but my 1720 Soortsman is the best rig I’ve ever had. I’ve had it out in some rough stuff and it’s handled it like a champ!

great sea keeping ability for a 17 footer, awesome

Been there, nice speed control with the sets, right where it needed to be to keep from burying the nose.

Got caught in a KEY WEST 189 with 115 Yamaha in the Chesapeake Bay, North East Md. river in 3-5 foot waves with rough winds and current !!!! Rode like a champ, not scared one bit !!!!

Wish those we're available on the west coast

I am looking at 172o as a backwater/bass boat. These are rougher seas than I would take her out in but good to know how she handles them.

That is how you drive a Boat in rough water high and slow

You mustve never seen actual rough.idk what your thinking taking a 1720 out far like this and not watching the weather or wind or tide. user error
