maybe the top port is usb 3.0? 125 hz polling rate is like a cheap office mouse, 1000 is standard, i got 8000 now but it doesnt work on half my games and i gotta turn to down when playing those.
For the keyboard not working I think you just have to toggle nyko on your keyboard. Had a few keyboards that weren’t working on my PS5 after figuring that out pretty much all of them work, even my custom ones.
@@pshemoo2019 There is zero acceleration. At leat in Warzone, there is an option to turn it on in the COD settings though, but by default it's turned off. The ps5 doesn't have onboard acceleration or whatever. Just get a mouse that can save an onboard profile, set your dpi and keybinds and you're golden.

You have to have it plugged in not Bluetooth. You have to change the refresh rate in the settings also. I played kbm on xbox for 2 years and had no problem.

yeah man my shit works fine, literally swap my kbm from my pc to my xbox for games like mw3 (not buying on pc since i have on xbox) and literally its damn near the exact same, like if im not testing it and putting every slight bit of focus into it, i can notice a slight amount and even then its such an insignificant amount that it really doesnt matter nor noticeable. Some tips for the people thinking that the delay on console is making games unplayable - Use a high refresh rate with low response time monitor/ TV. 1ms with at least 120hz should be ideal - change to OPTICAL mechanical keyboard (razer hunstman mini or even a cheaper option - bloody br820) - try finding videos explaining the different playstation settings connected to the optimisation of the console for high performance gaming
Just a quick thought, wireless gaming mice, or keyboards aren't the best for fortnite and can have some imput delay. next time try using wired accessories for a more stable connection. 😊
@@YoGODzzYT what’s crazy is that I posted that comment 7 months ago when I was on the original Xbox 1 with only 60 fps available and now I have my own pc and I am really good at fort but this season sucks. But I have been top 2500 in unreal before in builds and now I’m doing just fine with 240+ fps
@@ericmcclure4571 No, this guy is just full of shit or is on a ps4 / xbox 1 or something. On the ps5 there literally is zero difference between ps5 120fps warzone and warzone on my 4060 on pc. Both played on my 240hz monitor.

For the mouse not to have input leg, it needs to be a wired mouse and plugged into the console before the keyboard, also needing a monitor with at least a 1 ms response time
Bro I play kbm on console with 120 fps, it’s really not that bad, there is barely any delay, but at the same time I do have the newest Xbox so that could be why my experience is much better. PS. I am getting a pic in about 5 months soooo
As some one who plays on switch connected to a projector that overheat, so I have to turn it off every 10 minutes to give it a break and turn it back on you’re being dramatic
Most consoles can’t run wireless mice very good so I suggest using a wired mouse and for the keyboard I suggest trying out the other plugs cause there are Sertain ports for sertain things❤
For me the only difference was my presets and dpi on different games. I play insurgency sandstorm and dayz on xbox with m&k and it feels the same as my PC.
BRU SAME THING last week. Ram slots broke but one and it was.sllow. plugged keyboards and mouse and it felt slow. And not only that, Fortnite has default settings for console:(
This is exactly the video I was looking for…by your logic keyboard and mouse on console is worse than keyboard and mouse on pc for fps games(in general)…but the pc community still wants to dictate and gatekeep what device input console players can use IF the game they’re playing allows for multiple input devices(mnk/controller) such as Fortnite, CoD, and Minecraft (all on console). I’ve seen nothing but people saying “using mouse and keyboard on console is cheating”…and that statement is ONLY true for games that DONT allow cross platform matchmaking (console vs console only and pc vs pc only) for example r6 siege. If I can only play against controller/console players then I can agree that using mnk on console is cheating. However with most fps games that are coming out now being cross platform BY DEFAULT and this video PROVING that mouse and keyboard is WORSE on console, by that logic console players don’t “gain” an advantage by using their mouse and keyboard if it “feels like 30fps gaming/console gaming” with the input delay. I just want mnk support on the finals for console back. Cheaters on pc using reWASD to use mouse and keyboard WITH AIM ASSIST were plaguing the game and embark studios response was to remove the native mouse and keyboard support on console. Keep in mind only pc players can use reWASD and console players were punished in the response to pc players cheating…this is sad. I don’t understand this at all. Mouse and keyboard support on the finals is disabled on console yet I still play against pc players in my lobby…🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️
at least i know im not crazy ive never played pc - i have played kbm on console for the past 4 years and whenever i tell my friends that i feel really laggy or slow they just tell me to get better 😢
I used to play keyboard and mouse on console and I played perfectly fine no input lag or delay I just switched to pc a week ago the homily difference is the fps and smoothness of the game gameplay feels the same .
Console also has impossible to turn off mouse acceleration. This makes your curser go farther the faster you move the mouse instead of having it move based on distance. This makes it almost impossible to have consistent aim.
