How do i change mouse keys in it? The camera moves with right click but I want it to move using mouse button 4

excellent tutorial and awesome instructor!!! would you know if you can save and transfer the hot keys to another copy of MD? you can save a config file for the hotkeys, but there seems to be no 'load' hotkeys function. just wondering?
