The piano bug bit me when I was 11 after I found out I could play the theme from Star Wars on my little sister’s Bontempi mouth piano (it was a thing - just google it) so I convinced mom to buy a piano. She agreed so long as I took lessons, so I signed the deal and we got a brand new piano and over the years throughout the 80’s I learned all my favorite songs on it just by ear (mostly movie themes and John Carpenter stuff). I re-learned most of them, mostly from memory, and acquired a cheap Casio a while back and was so proud at how they turned out that I decided to show off my keyboarding skills here on RU-vid.
