Hello, I just wanted to tell you that your videos have been so useful to me! They helped me a lot to understand how Harmony works. My animation teachers introduced your channel to our class and since then I always watch your videos when I have a problem :D
Having the keys on pegs also makes it better for when having to redraw parts like hands and feet often when if the drawing is keyed, the shape is changed and so the new hand/feet drawings are going to be skewed from the original (even in the drawing tab) because of those keyframes. I tell the students I teach this all the time. No keys on drawings! So I'm with you ZeBirdBrain!
“Fight me?” You asked for it. Our team always use keyframes on drawings. If it works with one object, we never connect two. Moreover, we use drawings as controllers, like in 3D animation. You see it-you grab and move it. Also, it’s a good idea to draw an arrow of the appropriate shape. For example, an arrow with four sides means that the object is free to move, while a circular arrow implies that this object can be only rotated. Sure, we use pegs as well, but only to add an offset for an element. So, long live keyframes on drawings! This is perfectly natural and more efficient. Round 2? I don’t think so.
Can someone help me, is there a way to convert your keyframed animation into drawings? Like you can do it with morphing or deformation, but i can't find a way to make it happen for the animation you've made. Thanks in advance!😊
