Thanks you are awesome. But if I have 1 greenscreen & 1 bluescreen in the video, can I add 2 chroma keys in the video, to insert 2 different videos into the 2 different colors? Can ShotCut allow that? I tried to add 2 chroma key but no success. Can u help?
This is a pretty quirky program. I've done chromakeying on various other programs, but when I try it on this one, it simply doesn't work well at all. When I put my two clips properly on the time line, then add the Chroma Simple "filter", the background or fill video comes through, but not clearly. It's tinted. No problem, I'll just click on the eyedropper to select the green on the image I'm using on the top layer. The green color in that image is essentially perfect. It's a graphic. But, sadly, when I click on the green color in the image, little box labeled "Key Color" in Shotcut turns black as though that were the color I selected. As a result, the chroma effect doesn't work at all. I've tried it about 728 times. Same result. I'm using Shotcut version 22.10.25 on Linux.
