Soner Ak That'd not true. Matt most likely exercises. The food he's eating is "dirty food". There is no way that you can consume so many calories and not be affected by the fat content in the food. The only way to rid of it, is burning it off with exercise. or purging it back up. But idk if that's the case here. Obese people also have a higher fat cell count so they can't eat this type of food. He most likely has a low fat cell count. It depends on his family history. Mainly his parents though. So my point is, why he's not obese has nothing to do with the type of food he eats, clearly the food he eats in his challenges isn't healthy or advised by a physician to eat in such large portions. Also, it's very unhealthy to consume as many calories he does in his challenges for his weight:height ratio.
