Marinating the chicken
2 chicken breast filet (cut in strips)
1tsp Italian seasoning
1tsp paprika
1/4tsp black pepper
1tsp chicken powder or aromat
1tsp garlic paste
1tsp vinegar
Pinch of red chili ( optional)
Let it marinate for 30min while you’re prepping the potatoes.
(Deep fry the chicken for 5-10min)
You can also air fry them.
Seasoning the potatoes
1/2kg potatoes
1tbs of olive oil
1tbs oregano
1/2tsp of paprika
1/2tsp garlic powder
1tsp chicken powder
1/4tsp turmeric
A pinch of salt & pepper
Peel the potatoes or leave the skin if you like.
Depending on the size of the potatoes, and cut the potatoes in quarters or halves.
Pre boil the potatoes for 7min.
Transfer the potatoes in another bowl and mix in the seasoning.
Cook in the air fryer or a pre-heated oven at 200°C for 15min
All purpose Flour mix
3 cups of all purpose flour
1 cup of corn flour
1 cup of bread crumbs or crushed cornflakes
1tsp Italian seasoning
1/2tsp of paprika
1/2tsp garlic powder
1/2tsp chilli powder (optional)
1/2tsp salt
1/4tsp pepper
Mix all in a bowl or deep plate.

In another bowl whisk 4 medium size eggs
