In this video we will see how to make KFC chicken style cauliflower recipe in Tamil. The taste and the coating of this is recipe is very similar to KFC bucket chicken but it is made from cauliflower. Blanching the cauliflower for 3 minutes softens it a bit and also cleans it. But make sure you don't heat it too long so as to preserve the texture. We can make crumbs in the batter and then double coating the cauliflowers packs the crispy coating onto the cauliflower.
