- salt 1/2 tbsp (namak)
- red chilli 1/2 tbsp (lal mirch)
- black pepper 1 tsp (kali mirch)
- vinegar 1 tbsp (sirka)
- hot sauce/chilli sauce 1 tbsp
- soy sauce 1 tbsp
- Garlic crushed 1/2 tbsp (lehsan)
- Dry ingredients:
- All purpose flour 3 cups (maida)
- salt 1/2 tbsp(namak)
- red chilli 1 tsp
- Garlic powder 1/2 tbsp (lehsan)
- cold water for dipping
- oil for frying
