This breaks my heart that there are so many doing without. I worked at the Marriott as a dishwasher and saw then throw out tons of food every day that wasn't even touched. Just sitting there. I am annoyed by these changes. He's using measuring spoons, gloves, they're specifically showing him washing his hands, he taste-tested the spices with his left hand.... everything he was doing before was so pure (and clean even though western society may have protested). Now he's conforming so as not to disturb those who think he would ever jeopardize those children's health by giving them something unsanitary.
