We so enjoy your videos and have watched many - Namibia/Etosha/Kgalagadi and Kruger over your years of travelling. We are elderly and also passionate about the bush and have been visiting Kruger for over 30 plus years. This year December we will be doing our first visit to Kgalagadi and are beyond excited. Unfortunately December is the only time of year we can go. We dont camp any longer, but looking at your setup makes us long for the old days when we did camp. Thank you both for giving us endless hours of entertainment. (We are currently "with you" at Tsendse, 2021 A Taste of Kruger"
Dear Rose, thanks for trip-sharing and info-sharing. It all looked great once again. You mentioned an early return due to a Kurumna issue. Can you elaborate? Was it extra unsafe? Did you adjust your drive back? Also, it's unfortunate to hear about Mabua and the lions. I've read about it; not pleasant. In three weeks, we're off to Kgalagdi, October Kruger, Februarie, Khutse NP, and Kgalagadi Botswana side. Then, September, three weeks in the Mara triangle to catch the great migration.
There is no Rooiputs Pride .. The Dynamics change every month about at Rooiputs >> different Coalitions >> We are at Rooiputs for 10 Nights as from next week so hopefully we will see the 2 big current males there .. Leave anything like a Trail camera outside at night >> asking for trouble as you found out
That is the Polentswa pride. We have seen them there for the last couple of years. The old male has been ousted. A trail camera is to see what is going on at night, is it not?
