KGTV San Diego 1976 

Jack White I got to know just in 1977, one of the nicest chaps around. KGTV was like one big family, everyone was great!

This sure brings back memories!!! When newscasters were professional.

Great to see the whole crew. I met with Jack White back in 1973 and he was a collector of silent movies. He was gracious enough to provide several hours of film for one of the activities of our After Prom for Helix High School. A very nice man. Thank you Maclovio for posting this video.

I grew up watching Mac Perez but when he was on Ch. 2 KCBS in L.A. That's how I remember him.

1976,to be exact.KGTV's last year with NBC.Effective the following spring,it would turn to ABC Programming & it still runs right on through today.

I remember Maclovio Perez he was the weatherman with the late Dan Cook at KENS 5 the CBS affiliate in San Antonio Texas in the '70s

This is world class! Other than KGTV, how many other stations used that same logo for "The News?" I know that both KMGH in Denver and WRTV in Indianapolis did.
