So I'd recommend spending more time with happy and good people, either friends or family members. This is so that your mind is busy and doesn't wander into negative thoughts. Also, always try to think positive and be happy and grateful that you exist in this beautiful world. You can get through this! My prayers are with you 🙂

@@lfihaipp p4p is for recent performances not for over all accomplishments, usman is definitely better than jones for recent performances, jon hasn't fought in 2 years, he is one of the goats but p4p list is completely different.
The top 15 rankings and the P4P rankings have always been lame and bad... They may as well put GSP, Anderson, Randy, Lidell, DJ, and others back on the list. If you don't fight within 12 months, you should be removed or go away from the top spots...

Its kinda sad that Jones is still P4P when his last fight was almost 2 years ago, its unfair to other fighters who are active especially Kamaru. I truly do not understand why the ufc gives him such special treatment since he has nothing else to give besides his skills and that was a long time ago.
Idk, maybe the entire decade of dominating the very best of his division while other great champs have come and gone (including Khabib). Just a thought.

HOW TF is Jones p4p over Usman? Do ppl not know what that means. That doesn't mean who is the greatest ever, that means who is the greatest RIGHT NOW. So in the last 2 years. Jones has not been anywhere NEAR as dominant as Usman. Arguably lost his last two fights. And he hasn't fought in over a YEAR. Usman is dominant, finishing his opponents brutally, and is the most active fighter in the UFC. Case closed.
and the fact that khabib replace Jones as p4p number one when he fight once a year show that UFC p4p ranking is about popularty lol its should be usman to be p4p at the time and now not Jones or khabib
