Coach Javier should write coaching books, this man is out of the ordinary and in one thing he thinks like a Russian, he chooses his words very carefully. He is extremely humble individual and highly competent at his job.

Yes coach Khabib need you. All of the guys have love and respect for you this is why they turn out the way they are. I know they already how to do all this fighting stuff before coach Javier but coach have a lot to do with athletic success.
