Khaldoon is such a composed and competent businessman. We are quite lucky to have him at the helm. Speaking on the transfer market and our policy of the past few years, its been clear that his direction has prevented us from paying absurd sums of money for players that aren't a good fit. Some other clubs will do anything / bid anything just so they land the transfer target - at all costs. We are no longer getting the "City Mark-up" on players - we just won't pay that much. Even though I desperately want us to go in for a certain 29 year old center back even if it costs us $90 million, we aren't going to buy him if we can't hit the price we've budgeted. Just solid business management.

Amazing Interviews as always Chairman. On the dot with the answers. The basis on which this club was rebuilt all those years back when it was taken over was simply amazing. From day one the management was focused and this team has improved leaps and bounds. The Old Money & Tenured will hate us for all eternity but that doesn't matter. We were here, we were Rebuilt, We are Here Now and We always will be. Very good and eloquent interview ,by a knowledgeable chairman.That is why I am glad ,i am a City fan.if you look at the City players,they dont seem to have a swagger and arrogance about them,but rather a quite ,humble demeanor,which I think is instilled partly also by Pep and probably endorsed by the chairman and owner of the club.
