A big chunk of Tupac songs are made from sampled beats. Khali seems to be throwing shade at Octopizzo in this joint. The clip starts with him killing the guy in the trolley. The red stuff is the dead guy's liver. He is signifying murdering the other rappers and feasting on them in essence he is the top guy in the "food chain".
