Let me predate my comments that Trudeau has made many mistakes and taken Canada too far left although that may have been his intention from the inception. It was reported in Ontario that 3 small Catholic churches(hole in the wall structures) on Indian reservations were burned down in Western Canada(I believe one in Alberta and 2 in Saskatchewan) in 2022. Those churches were burnt however, in protest against the discovery of the murder of 1900 + children by priests in residential schools and their bodies buried in Unmarked Graves with no information provided to their parents from whom the children were forcibly taken away, over a period of 80 years. No priest/nun was ever brought to justice and jailed/executed or physically harmed when the churches were burned. Over the years, many Canadian govt's had also turned a blind eye to reports of the abuse of the native children and the Church, only transferred priests when the pressure got too great. Such also occurred in other parts of the world and the Pope prior to Benedict, who resigned "to pray", has been implicated in turning a blind eye to same in Germany when he was known as Cardinal Radzinger. It's also a fact that under the Indian reservation system, only native police officers can enter the reservations on criminal matters with external officers - RCMP probably(I don't know), for major offences such as murder. Even Trudeau himself couldn't enter a reservation unless it was for a social visit and there is no record of him dismissing the burning of the churches which was small retaliation after the discovery(funded by the Federal govt.) of the UNMARKED CHILDREN'S GRAVES. You need to be very careful when you write in this forum, as many know the facts about the church burning, and one can almost conclude you support the abuse, murder and unmarked burial of 1900+ native children which took place in Western Canada with a few in Quebec. You should have concentrated on Trudeau's other shortcomings.
