why are they insisting on hearing the case when the petitioner do not have confidence in them. there is something fishy about these judges. you are not only judges in the Country. Democracy is what kenya take pride in and not dictatorship
The Perception is that ruto has already bought justice from those judges..so they don't have justice with them,, what they have are rutos orders and that's what they will deliver

Dr. Kaminwa is a brilliant fighter for the rule of law but has forgotten as a parent that children cannot understand why the teachers are immune to the law. This is where perception of reality about civilization is conjured and muddled.
This is also in my mind. Judges from another commonwealth country should hear this case. I don't know the procedure of enlisting the services of judges from outside. Ruto will or has already paid the whole judiciary. No fairness or justice will come out of Kenya judiciary

i have had a situation where a judge failed to recuse herself from a case where she had an interest in and we had ended up staying with her for 15 good years until the case has been found to be of fraudulent in nature
I'm sure those judges would be happy to run from those hot seats but the alternative may be worse so they may decide to stay despite the public perceptions.
Dr.Khaminwa is rich in wisdom and articulates his whims with experience but do not understand the matrix in politics whose will must prevail. Unfortunately he has never been one.

At least you must show that the judges have been corrupted or have interest in the case that will lead them to lender unfavorable ruling. Perception alone is not a reason.
