Tri-star shotguns are made by Kahn... the Cobra is just a re-branded Kahn A-tac pump. I like the Duo concept... interesting. By The Way... Turkey has been manufacturing Shotguns and other arms for ages... They are fine weapons.
I took apart a 20 gauge Arthemis model. Trigger group and other parts are very good. The only complaint I have is breaking open to load takes good effort, very stiff...
to rick Lawrence... I have a khan 12ga. setter premium... just wondering how many rounds you have though your 20 ga... I have only 8 shots though mine so far... lol I like it but was wondering about dependability.. all I hear is bad news about them... t5hanks for any response... take care..
I mean Escort, Tri-Star, and many other claim the same. If I test them, then we'll know. Baikal claims it and backs it up, but Baikal is not for looks and are extremely heavy. I guess quality is heavy.
Why then do I keep reading that Turkish guns are bad and that the pin will fall off? Qaulity is easy to achieve, but I think companies are doing it on purpose to get more money on fixes or rebuys. I know I won't rebuy something that breaks on me. Life is too short.
C'mon anyone can make their guns light and accurate and good-looking for cheap. They just don't want to. Just copy a Perazzi using aircraft materials and sell it for dirt cheap so that Perazzi can go out of business or something geez.
