For that business park to work, it needs metro connecting vashi, chembur, bkc...also Kharghar desperately needs at least 2 more connecting points to Sion-Panvel highway... that 3 Monkey Junction causes a huge bottle neck at peak hours!
Who all feels that after kharghar merging with PMC (Panvel Municipal Corporation) no infrastructure development is seen....even golf course and Central park are in worst condition without proper maintenance....seems like neglected node which was a dream project by cidco.
No sensible planning in last 10 years. Whatever development is done is on the plan of first planning of Navi Mumbai. Still happening. Navi Mumbai Metro is failure
Please also cover the Taloja-Kharghar flyover. I’ve not seen any drone coverage of the project, all that is available is on ground footage which misses the Kharghar part due to no roads in the mangroves section. Thank you.
I hope the pristine surroundings of Pandav khada water falls is not touched. Will the tunnel start much before the hill face or the tunnel will start bang right next to the waterfall?
Development always comes at a big cost like Uttarakhand. Although this project will facilitate traffic movement, what is not known is that the Kharghar Region which was full of rich greenery, flora & fauna, squirrels, jackals, parrots, Russel Vipers, & so many and even in hot summer where there was a cool breeze flowing, these projects Corporate Park, Kharghar-Turbhe Tunnel will spell the death knell for a Oasis in Mumbai desert that was Kharghar,😪😪😪
What method will be utlized to dig the tunnel? Blasting or TBM? One request though, it you can keep the volume level of the background music, will be very helpful. Thanks.

This is extremely ignorant of the planners to dig anywhere, the tunnel entry point is just besides the pandavkavda waterfall, the area is so rich in flora and fauna and now it will be all rubble. They could have aligned it to the already damaged part of the hill(quarries near owe dam) but where is the money in that? SHAME!
dont know why it is connected to Sion Panvel highway at Jui Nagar. It should connect to Turbhe flyover. Once this road is made, everyone will use it. Nobody will go via Nerun & Belapur.
Please create separate channel for showing excellent School and College infrastructres,Sports facility infrastructure, Medical policy infrastructure. This Road and bridge is secondary. Education is primary.
Even after having Bjp in centre,In Maharashtra state,In Navi Mumbai local municipality, still clearance remaining to start this work. Surprising. Katani Naka phase 3 has not even started. That cud take easily 3 more years. Such a slow bit costly development. Ppl have lowered the standards of high and fast development.
एक बात समझ नही आई गुरुद्वारा से निकल कर जो रूट बताया है वो पांडव कड़ा वाटर फाल से गुजरता बताया गया है। मुझे लगता है कुछ गलती हुई टनल का ओपनिंग पांडव कड़ा के राइट साइड से होना चाहिए थोड़ी दूर से।
