Can I ask a question. When it comes to deep fat frying foods like samosa or puri I read that the oil has to be moderately hot to prevent alot if oil being absorbed. But then when it comes to Kachori then it says I must cook on low heat (to get the inside cooked properly)...but I'm just thinking won't that make the end result oily?
Can we make it and freeze or put it in refrigerator because i want to make it for guests and its so hot here.. because after some time it becomes so soft that I can’t handle it
