Kheema Aloo Matar - Meat
Keema, or kheema, quite literally means meat mince. You can cook this with chicken, lamb or beef kheema, for a vegetarian meal you can use soya kheema.
It is a versatile ingredient as the meat can be used to make curry, kababs, cutlets or even as a dry dish with peas and potatoes. filling for samosas or naan. This is best served with some parathas, rotis. At times I do serve it with some veg pulove, jeera rice.

500 gm mince meat
3 cardamons
3 pieces cinnamon stick
6 cloves
1 inch piece ginger
1/2 onion
10 garlic cloves
2 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp aniseeds sauf
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp peppercorns
Small bunch Coriander leaves
2 onions
2 tomatoes
3/4 -1 cup peas
2 potatoes
Oil as required
Salt as per taste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chilly powder
3 green chillies
