Ingredients:
500g Mince [Keema]
2 Tbsp. Yogurt
1 Tbsp. Ginger / Garlic paste
¼ tsp. Cumin Seeds
4 Cardamom Pods
4 Cloves
1" Cinnamon Stick
½ Mace
1 tsp. Fennel Seeds
2 Bay Leaves
1 tsp. Red Chilli Powder
¼ tsp. Turmeric Powder
1 tsp. Coriander Powder
2 Tbsp. Grated Coconut
1 cup Onion
1 Tbsp. Lime Juice
1 tsp. Kasuri Methi [Fenugreek Leaves] (dried)
Coriander (for garnishing)
Cooking Oil
Salt to Taste
Serves: 4
