Queen Queen she came up with this idea, she had a body transformation and used that to help others,she is the face of the show.The Kardashians may be full of drama but don’t discredit them when they deserve it .

It's just they are selling this idea that somehow loosing few pounds will make your life better and will get rid of all the problems in your life.. which is a wrong notion to sell people.. Teenagers have started to believe their self esteem and social status will improve if they loose a few pounds or get a lip injections coz these women are selling that idea by showing us their "Fabolous lives" on telly..
But she's the one who gets people encouraged to the show. She probably invests money in this too... Thanks to her idea for the programme, people can get good trainers and the right exercise. (Which would probably cost them a lot of money!) This isn't only about losing weight, bit gaining weight too.
What I love about this show is that its not just about losing weight but people gaining confidence and feeling good about themselves and leading a healthier lifestyle. So damn happy with Khloe
I like how to match the trainers and training program with the personality of every individual. It’a more likely to make a life change and Will motivate them so much more. That’s so important.

I love the way Khloé is willing to help people with what people go through. I also love how people change themselves for the benefit of others. This guy is a resemblance of that.
This man is phenomenal. He has already given his children the best gift which is a better life for himself. Now he is giving them himself in better health. He's inspiring.
khloe is my favourite kardashian. she's so supportive, kind, honest. but she's also really relatable.. she relates to all these people. they obviously lost their dad and had the heartbreak of that, but khloe had the extra grief of her weight. she's said herself that she was 'the chubby one' growing up and that she always wanted to be curvy ike her sisters but couldn't lose the weight. i think what she's doing here is inspiring

The trainer may be the one who help them with weight but in mental health? She did it by interviewing them and let them pour out the things that held them back. It's just as good as trainers.

He didnt just lose wight ma man even learned how to fight. Hopefully he wont have to fight in the future but if it ever happens for self defense he got it.
This show would be so much better if you would take the ‘revenge’ part out of it. It completely defeats the point of what your trying to do. We need to be more positive and do things for the well-being of ourselves. Not to get revenge on someone else. It just continues to keep them in that unhealthy mind set.
The revenge word is what drives them to go after their goal. They eventually get into thinking of self love and self respect in the process of it, because they start seeing results, feel better and feel more confident. Revenge isn’t necessarily a bad thing. It’s term that they use to, to see things differently after all the things that they have been through.
When events or people let them down, they get into a habit of fixing the issue with eating. that’s what is the revenge is on. You gotta see it in a different perspective
I think of myself as a revenge journey- my mum was a smack head (druggie) and brought us (my sister and I) up till the age of 5 and 7 in that environment, prossying and drugging around, we dealt with that. Had we stayed we'd be down the same path, but we fought, so did my dad and here we are - 20 years later a teacher, 13 GCSE'S, 4 Alevels, 2 Degrees-so damn straight it's revenge it's a huge 2 fingers up to her and those who thought we'd accept the cards dealt. She died penniless, choking on her own vomit, 43 years old with noone around her. Damn straight it's revenge. You thought you could do that and be fine. No, we're better, we're stronger and we're successful. There's your fucking revenge. Xxxxx
