Koh Lanta has some of the most beautiful beaches in Thailand. There are 9 beaches in the island with most holiday travelers visiting one or all of the 4 major beaches on the west side.
A great way to start the day is a walk on the beach. The cool mornings and the lack of crowds make it the best time of the day.
Klong Dao is the busiest beach on Koh Lanta. The close proximity to Ban Saladan provides a wider range of places to eat within easy walking distance. Better for families, Klong Dao has a long stretch of sand with shallow water.
This beach features sandy beaches sloping down to the sea, making it very suitable for water activities. There are many hotels, restaurants and bars to choose from.
