Hello Chivand Thear, In order Khmer krom teritory to be returned to Cambodia, I think there are 3 steps that Cambodia government must do. 1. Documents were collected by group of persons led by Thach Setha must be produced as text books and use them to teach students. 2. Government of Cambodia must sue Vietnam and France governments at the international courts about their conspiracies transfered Khmer krom's teritory to Vietnam government. This issue can be enforced if Hunsen supports it or unless Hunsen resigns from his position. As we knew, Hunsen has been destroying Cambodia. 3. All political parties of Cambodia must colaborate to bring Vietnam and France goverments to international courts. This plan will cost much money. Khmer leaders must establish a financial foundation which Khmer can contribute their fair share to prove they care for the purpose.

It is nice to see our Khmer people trying to bring awareness to the rest of the world about Khmer Krom, but it's a losing cause because Vietnam will never agree to give back Khmer Krom. But in Cambodia it is LEGAL to make guns and you won't be in trouble with the laws. In Cambodia you can make anything and you won't be running into trouble with the laws. Using international law in hope of relcaiming Khmer Krom back will never work. Look at the past where Japan lost a number of islands to the Russian after WWII; look at lots of disputes in South China sea and elsewhere. Look at the Greeks Islands that taken by Turkey not long ago; and look at Tibet where overwhelming majority of the World Court voted for Tibet independence and the result exists in the record book only and not in reality of free Tibet.
Another costly mistake is we keep focusing our attention on Hun Sen too much and not enough on Vietnam, which is our ultimate long term enemy. We keep fighting ourselves too much and not enough focus is put on Vietnam. That is what we should be focusing on and not blaming Hun Sen or any other leaders who did something wrong. There are plenty of blames to go around; for example, Sihanouk, his father, his grandfather and his great grandfather and other past kings, Pol Pot, and other leader.

Khmers's land had been encroached and conquered by Kinh because Khmers had allowed Kinh to settle in their territory. However Kinh lived there before June 4, 1949 because Khmers allowed them. Vậy cho mình hỏi đất nước campuchia đã nuôi các bạn được một ngày nào chưa? Hay dân cam chỉ hô hào bạn đứng ra đánh nhau thay chúng đòi đất ? Mình đồng ý tổ tiên các bạn ở campuchia nhưng các bạn đã sống ở đất nước Việt Nam hơn 300 năm nay rồi, đất nước này đã chăm sóc nuôi dưỡng bạn, cùng với bạn trải qua đắng cay ngọt bùi để cả bạn và đất nước có cuộc sống tốt đẹp hơn. Nên nhớ rằng " CÔNG SINH THÀNH KHÔNG BẰNG CÔNG DƯỠNG DỤC".
Hãy về hỏi quốc vương, hoàng gia và chính phủ Campuchia xem theo luật pháp quốc tế thì Campuchia có thể chiếm được đất đai vùng Nam bộ Việt Nam không rồi hãy làm loạn nhé. Người Khmer sống ở VN chỉ là dân tộc thiểu số của VN và phải tuân thủ tuyệt đối Pháp luật của VN. Cũng như người VN sống tại Campuchia cũng phải tuân thủ Pháp luật Campuchia vậy.
