CMAA coordinate parade every year for Khmer New Year here in Cambodian town in Lowell Massachusetts but this year is alittle different with the car parade.

Cambodia town in Lowell truly deserve this title more than the one in long beach. Cambodia town in long beach is an absolute joke. It's more like vietnam town. Khmer businesses is almost non existent. The community there remains very poor.
