People should know the law, she willingly borrowed her the jacket knowing she is going to smoke hubbly she should've said she is going to fix it and it would've just cost her maybe R50 to R100. This is what happens when you owe someone, that’s the reason why courts auction your property to recover their money. Even banks do the same thing..they will take your car or house.
Personally I am not happy with KG confiscating people's phones as much as am not happy with the ones not paying their debts. Forcefully taking one's phone might be illegally.
