Stewards at CDI are horse's asses. Should have been DQ'd on race day. Forever Young's connections and bettors were robbed and CDI saw it all and did nothing.
Baffert has gotten away with more than any trainer in the world with friends who own race courses etc.... Baffert isn't good enough to make it in UK, Europe, Australia with their drug free racing

Gaffalione lost that race when he kept going wider. On replay you could see where he could have dived back inside. If that was Calvin Borel, he would have buried that field. I like Tyler but I blame him for losing the rsce
Firstly it was stupidity of the Japanese rider and trainer not to protest.... However the Jockey Club response of " well they didn't object so that is that " is laughable... In Australia if this happened the stewards would have upheld a protest and reversed the placings even if no protest by connections. Why ? Because it was so farken obvious. Unfortunately the US Stewards are amatuers compared to other jurisdictions around the world.

Apparently everyone on here doesn't know much about the game the steward have the final word on any race the jock on the other horse didn't even know it happened.Purse money stays the same not even the supreme court could change it after OFFICAL LIGHT COMES ON.He one of the top jockeys in the nation they seen it by watching the replay.Race was OFFICAL BY THEM And you get 5%for 2nd and 3rd he made 50000$ for the race.
