This is my Love Song to myself. Everything they say expresses me, myself and I at some point in my life. It helps me accept my flaws and mistakes. It gives me confidence. It assures me to trust me, my thoughts and intentions. It makes me love me even more. This band has no idea how influential they are in our lives!!

I heard this song a couple of days ago in a Peloton yoga class that Dennis Morton taught. I had to buy it. I'm loving the album.

I unintentionally hurt someone’s heart this past January and they don’t want to deal with me romantically anymore but would love to still be friends. I feel terrible because they expressed a lot of pain to me from their past relationships and I feel like I opened a new wound. We were bestfriends. This song just makes me sad to know that I’m the one that didn’t keep the promise. I trust that one of these days he’ll forgive me enough to continue the amazing connection we started 💚
