My point and my opinion is khuzaits in this game geograpgically based on khazars which was a Turkic khaganate. But still its culturally both Turkic and mongol based. Just like khergits were geograpgically and historically based on mongolic times of golden horde but it also including so many Turkic things too. Developers of these games said "khergits (same as khuzaits) are including all steppe cultures not only mongols"
