I thought the exact same. I went to his channel. He created depth charges. Not the War Thunder kind. The Star Wars kind. This is some avant-garde war thundering. here folks.
@@joedingo7022 The fact that the missile was right next to the B-34 at EXACTLY 90 seconds after firing is insane. If it was a bit closer or further the airburst would have completely missed.
@@Solid-shot boosters make your luck worse, 10%s just make your cannons spark more, 50%s makes any enemy near you into an lvl 100s, 100-300% makes the entire enemy team lvl100s and yours into lvl 1s, 500% guarantees you death in ways no one would think possible. 500%s will make you get pilot sniped by a 7mm machine gun from 1km away 500%s will make your engine go yellow if you even slightly overheat 500%s will make your missiles slam into the ground while your enemy's seem to have a wire attached to your plane 500%s will make your wings explode for no reason and of course, 500%s will make the bomb with no proximity fuse explode right next to you because of timing so perfect not even the enemy will see it coming
@@PabloAugustus You'd be surprised at the amount of people that will stand still even if there is something behind them at lower tiers. The other day I disintegrated a 109s tail with my blades (one of those 2.0 French Fighters) just because he didn't really do any maneuvering when I started following (drained the mag in a dogfight with him), although he didn't have many options (he got a fuel leak if I recall)
The moment this plane got added these kills are what I was hoping for, but when the bomb came into the game it was just not good enough for this... unless someone had the patience and insanity. Thought it'd be Huey or Smig lmao. This is wild, ur a madman
Smig did a video tryin exactly this but only got one kill* after many tries because at the time the bomb was bugged and didn't register the hits against planes a lot of times *Correction: He killed around 8 planes I'ts just that I only remembered the suffering
@@justmarc2015 Smh it’s not gonna work well on battleships or cruisers, you need to play it in the lower bracket (4.7 and below) and actually hit in the right spots
If he’d climbed or dived, he’d’ve gotten away with it, of that I am completely convinced, because it didn’t actually hit him. He just needed to put a little bit more distance between him and it for when the fuse went off.
I'm glad to finally know what it was that launched a missile in a BR 2.3 match the other day. Me and my whole team were freaking out wondering how a missile got into our BR, I guess none of us knew about this plane
MCLOS (keyboard aimed) antiship missile, 250kg HEAT warhead, really weak but long running engine. That B-34 ahot that timed out and self destructed as it was passing was some Luke Skywalker shit XD
Lol at first I thought that a automatic guided missile in that tier seems incredibly unfair but then I realized that it was indeed not automatically guided
You might of not even directly hit the dude on the max range kill, the timing might of been so perfect that the fuse blew and the missile was right next to him. IMO that's even more impressive!
It didn´t hit him, it flew past him and exploded in front of him. Maybe its not that clear what happened in the replay view. Btw I really liked the "Guns are cool but can you do this?" video you did three years ago.
What I witnessed plunged me into a profound horror; it might be the most visually captivating sight I've ever beheld, yet equally one of the most chilling. I hold reverence for it sir.
It would have been great if they had added an optimal sight to help track the missile better (it's for sure it used binocular/telescope more than just the naked eye in real life). Having to use the third-person camera is quite tedious. Furthermore, it also alerts other players with a huge missile warning label, as if it were not dodgeable without doing absolutely anything lol
Thats insane man. I salute you. Those are some longest hits with that thing. Must take ages to get those clips. - if they added manned ohka would have been much easyer to control than this bs fr.
A fun fact about this missile. Despite that the missile was made to attack ships at sea, the japanese did actually used it once to take down a squad of sherman tanks during the war.
I’m glad I unlocked this plane and have killed a few players on the air field at 11km but never gotten someone in the air. does this missile have a fuse on it? I’ve been wondering ever since i saw that b-34 kill. Also great video btw :)
By the way, this rocket also had another version, the Kamikaze rocket, there was a pilot sitting there, the rocket was attached to the bomber, the bomber launched the rocket and the pilot inside controlled it
i earned this plane but didnt consume the coupon within the short window that gaijin allowed us to. this vid has convinced me to buy it while its cheap
@@josecoronadonieto6911 i simply love them even the mclos missiles like the ss11 or aa20 nords and such they give you so much more utility versitility than the mouse guided or IR guided weapons of top tier in my opinion
I just watched a video showcasing a hack that turned manually guided missles into precise air to air killing machines so I'm a bit skeptical but if that is not what's happening here then this is indeed incredible.
@@zoltantapai3716 He's not all that accurate and you can see in the bottom corner it say stuff like "vertical guidance 100% horizontal guidance 0%" that hack made the game think it was like 1000% guidance and was extremely accurate.
