I believe it depends on the soil.of the persons heart. As to whether they recieve the truth of Torah or not. So many online preachers teaching against the Torah because of Acts 15 not realising Acts 15 is fully based on the Torah by a Bet Din. It's completely unfathomable. Cognitive dissonance.
Good teaching. I have a sincere question. You mentioned the word Jew. Who are the Jews? If they are of the tribe of Yehudah, why don't they identify themselves as such? It is my understanding that Prime Minister Netanyahu is Ashkenazi. Mort Knustler, in The Thirteenth Tribe, makes the case that Ashkenazis are no physical relation to Abraham. What is your take on this issue?
@@Shalomacon I'm confused. In "The So-Called Jew", I think the point was the initial three man panel were discussing that the "Jews" aren't necessarily "Jews". The "rabbi" then goes on to make the point that the "jews" weren't really "jews" but were gentile converts. That isn't my question. The three man panel starts off with the premise that the "jews" were related to Abraham. It is Mort Knustler's contention that the Ashkenazis are NOT related to Abraham, so I'm still stuck with my original dilemma. Why would modern day Israelites not go by their Hebrew label? Why go by a Greek term where the law is mere tradition? I will keep studying. Thanks for the reply.
