Kiba meets Cheza - Wolfs Rain (HD) 

The show doesn't explicitly say it nor in the manga but the relationship between Cheza and Kiba is romantic. They were beings created and destined to be together, before their birth and long after their death. Cheza in the simplest words is a God, a God for the wolves, however Kiba is her champion, her scholar, her true love, the only one who truly understands her, Kiba does not fear her. It is very sad that they were separated multiple times and Cheza was, no pun intended deflowered, but their love is true so true she guaranteed that they will always have chance to be together again in every lifetime, every rebirth and every universe.

I remember when I first saw Cheza and thought she was kind of a mary sue. But the episode where we learn more about her and the others try to find stuff for her made me grow on her as a character.
