I need my sister to learn these "taters" on her fiddle haha! That fiddle was absolutely gorgeous! That old pot cooks those taters beautifully lol!

I notice you're playing a Loar. Prices aside, would you suggest the Loar LM700 or the Eastman MD515?

I actually played violin a couple years in middle school orchestra, then picked up fiddle in college to play the dance hall scene. I haven't played it seriously in many, many years and would never consider myself a fiddle player! That's a 150-year old or so German fiddle I bought at The Violin Shop in Nashville.
