In part one ( • KICKSTARTED - Brianna'... ), Brianna was nervous and intimidated before taking her first adult beginner kickboxing class at Tiger Schulmann’s. Three months have passed and we are excited to check back in.
When she started her journey, she was looking to regain her passion for fitness. She didn’t want to have to force herself to exercise. Well, she found it!! Brianna has been attending classes 3 times a week. In fact, she even recently added a weekly private session to progress quicker and really focus on her technique.
Brianne gives it her all in every class, leaving exhausted but fulfilled. Not only for the great workout, but because in each class she learns a new skill that will serve her forever. Her passion and excitement for Tiger Schulmann’s is so strong, and she speaks about it so frequently, it convinced both her fiancé and his twin brother to enroll. Now they are hooked, too.
Down a pants size, and noticeably more fit, Brianna's most unexpected benefit of training at Tiger Schulmann’s had been the sense of community. She is now friends with everyone from her class!
While never envisioning herself as a person who would practice martial arts four times a week, the whole experience has become Brianna’s passion and is helping to define who she has become.
We are all looking forward to seeing what the next three months brings!
