Condensation still causes a lot of problem with these water proof bags, there is little monetary value for something like this, because the idea is to keep moisture away entirely to retain full functionality of the phone. Heat from phone working for more than 5 minutes causes internal condensation, you need moisture wicking pump prior to sealing the bag, it'll be expansive to produce something on that scale of need. Sandwich bags do the same thing, as these bags, water sports need quality cameras like gopros etc.
