I love this song. How is this not a huge hit? It's 1000 times catchier and overall better than most mainstream rap songs that came out in 2021 and 2022 (so far). A whole bunch of the songs that came out in these years and became hits are very forgettable and uninspired, but this song is really catchy, and it sounds like Kid Ink and his producers put a good amount of effort into it. This just goes to show that no matter how good your music is on multiple fronts, that if you don't have the major label, social media influencer, or big artist push, that this music won't get exposed to many listeners or reach the charts. If this song was released during Kid Ink's peak of popularity from 2014-2017, I think it would have charted and would be considered a hit song.
@@tarintino07 I definitely think that Karma and/or ALIVE (Deluxe) should have at least got more recognition, instead of just being music that unfortunately seemed to have came and went for most people. It would also be great if more Kid Ink listeners from the early to mid 2010s at least gave some of his newer music a chance, instead of only listening to his numerous earlier hit songs. While I will admit that most of my favorite Kid Ink songs were made from 2010 to 2015, I can still confidently say that he has released good music from time to time beyond this point. The entire ALIVE album (including its deluxe version) are filled with songs that Kid Ink and his producers clearly worked hard on, but this time and effort has largely gone unnoticed due to this album going under many peoples' radar.
This guy man, i started listening to hi back in 2014 when i was six after my brother told me about him. I saw money and the power watching wrestlemania on the tv and that is still my favourite song to this day. KID INK = LEGEND
