I’ve seen Kid a couple of times in New Orleans. Once with Skynyrd and once at Jazz Festival. He don’t disappoint. He puts all of his heart in his performance and knows what his fans want. And yes, he played every instrument on that stage. Great performer and very underestimated
Never thought Kid Rock would sing this song , it bring back alot of memories of me and 5 brother and sisters traveling across country in a 59 Chevrolet Bel-Air 4 door and remembering this song on the radio , God bless my mother and God bless the great times we had in early 70's ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
You’re exactly right. We had the best time of any era. We had the best hair, greatest music, and badass cars. Hitchhiking used to be the norm. I can remember doing a tri-state camping adventure in the mid-70s unbelievable.

I was one year from college graduation, Rod Stewart released Maggie May - will forever be as you stated, from the Sound Track of My Life. Whenever I hear it I almost come to attention. Love it. A happy, sad, uplifting , heart breaking song. There is just something about Kid Rock, a hard working fun loving man.

He's fantastic! I've heard him cover many songs before but covering Sir Rod made my day! Kid is incredibly talented, focused, a top notch performer and a supporter of many, many causes. His ability to get all of us to feel his music is what sets him above the others. Not only is he an incredible singer, and songwriter but he plays many instruments, piano, guitar, harmonica, saxophone, drums. He really can do it all, although he's never been given his just due because he doesn't play games, he doesn't follow rules that don't make any sense and people don't like that. I love this guy just like so many of us do!
I had a dog years ago that stole my heart I’ve always cared for Rod Stewart’s music I named her Maggie. Through the years some good friends of mine would go to Maggie’s bar in a small town in Idaho that now sits empty and almost in shambles but the heart of Maggie’s still remains .To @kidrock you nailed this one brother .

Kid Rock is a mega talent and had no idea he was multitalented until I went to his concert in 2022. An excellent show and played several instruments. Great musician, great songwriter and great Patroit.
