I've always had a deep appreciation for this song but, after my mom passing away just over 4 weeks ago, it means more to me. Especially the last verse. This song means so much to me, my daughter lost her baby before she was even born and this song describes exactly how I feel, but the deer in the head lights is how I felt when I was told, I fell to the floor crying so hard for my daughter and the loss of my grand daughter..

This song damages my soul.. feels like knifes being stabbed in heart. Tears attack my cheek and eyes. It's just too sad.. it's been raining so hard people have to abandon cars in the highways.. that's why I am going to get a boat life jacket and keep it in my backseat.. lol
