It’s unfair for the employee to get demoted because as annoying as it would be to be those passengers, it’s the rules. The employee was just enforcing them

she was a little bit strict but she was just following the airports rules. there was no proof of him having asthma because he lost his inhaler so she could of thought they were lying. also, she didnt force them to put the coats on.

I’m really sorry, but this is extremely unrealistic. The woman was NOT being rude at all, simply a tad bit snappy but she was just doing her job as she said so. I really do not think this would happen in real life. This is a good video though, maybe just make it way more realistic.

This video represented an unrealistic situation in which likely no one would find themselves in. There were many discrepancies throughout the whole video, and the gate agent was not necessarily being rude, however she simply obeyed the protocol that the airport, airline, and the FAA require to have. Should your temperature reading exceed what is expected for a uninfected individual to have, then you should expect there to be repercussions. And finally, a baggage handler does not work for an airline, they are working for the airport in general and are overseen by airport administration and authorities.

Alexa should be the flight attendant that gets promoted. She is very sweet and didn't take the rules too literally. I would love for airports to have airline ladies like her. Unlike Shana who deserved to get demoted. She thought that Junior had Covid-19 because he was coughing and didn't care that he had asthma.

I legit don’t understand this one the lady was a bit rude but otherwise she was following her job. They could not wait a whole 20 minutes for the kid to take of the coats and cool down to his normal tempature and he did fail the test. It was the kid’s fault and the grand parent’s fault for not telling the flight attendant about the missing inhaler and the asthma and so therefore I don’t see why the actions would not be made in a real situation if I missed something I am mistaken just my honest thought
