There is a video explaining how the Sidemen all met on MoreSidemen. Long story short - JJ and Simon went to school together, and Josh and Tobi did the same. The others were met through RU-vid. Josh met Harry at a FIFA event in New York when Harry was 16. He had fallen in with a bad crowd of RU-vidrs and so Josh kind of adopted him.

I hate when reacters don't do their resources and take things out of context or the roast too seriously. I also love that you pause and talk ...and all the extra convo at the end. THIS ! So many ‘reactors’ who don’t even follow Sidemen latched onto the roast because it’s trending, but Kidd and Cee and I’d say Wes and Steph are two of the most genuinely authentic reactors when it comes to the Sidemen and have been for a long time. They deserve their flowers 💐

I think part 2 is way more understandable tbh, doesn’t really have a lot o inside jokes, and the ones that are are pretty much explained throughout the video so I think you two will be fine watching the second roast.

You might as well watch second roast too really soon. It is funnier when you have have original fresh in your mind. We Americans will never fully understand british humor, just need to have open mind and just be okay with certain jokes flying over your head.

Tobi is actually the shortened form of a Yoruba name, that’s why it’s spelt Tobi and not Tobey. The full name is “Oluwatobiloba” meaning God is great. My brother’s name is also Tobi.

18:30 Tobi and josh know each other from school so does ksi and simon. back then cod was a big deal them all the sidemen and lux and cal were too and many others in the crowd too and solowly the started makin fifa vids and moved on and became a group channel
