I absolutely hate getting pulled over but I’m also that same person who loves seeing people getting ticket for acting reckless

Every time i hear the pipe story i feel so hopelessly angry. Taking any action would have been better than writing them off as dead and forcing them to die slowly. As for the whole accountability thing with the Love Parade, im not too clear on the details, but at the end Nick did say that part of the problem was someone in charge during the event said the venue was full when it wasnt, i think he says at least a thousand more people could have been let in, but i dont feel like tracking down the part lol. My understanding is that the crush happened in the one area, so if people hadnt been blocked unnecessarily it couldve been prevented. But im also kind of the same mindset of festivals with over a million attendees at once just sound too dangerous based on all the tragedies that repeat in large events. So i dont really have a point or a person/entity i believe should be held responsible, maybe just an investigation into why exactly the venue was said to be full when it apperently wasnt? Its been like ten years they probably have done that already 😂 great video yall❤

My guess with the car is at the speed they hit, they probably cleared most of the immediately rocky area and the car was carried out to sea. Pressure probably broke through the window. Then with time she probably decayed/was eaten by fish and was loosened. I'm willing to bet that car is deeeep in the ocean.

The family not putting out a missing person report does make me think they did something. If she was asleep I feel like the car would be swerving just a bit but idk . But there is still the chance of she hit the waves at the right angle , which pushed the car further away . And at the very last moment or while she was in air she could have changed her mind and unbuckled her belt , which I heard happens a lot with ppl who was suicidal (and lived ). The only thing I can think of that caused her to get out is water pressure but her body would still get crushed too at that point

The "rescuers" were an impromtu team of the sons and colleagues of the divers, paria (not pariah) didnt even want them to dive and attempt a rescue in the first place and later the coast guard came and backed up paria though by then they had snuck down already but they were prevented from more attempts. paria hasn't been cleared though, commission of enquiry is still ongoing.

The divers story again... man... more and more I heard about it, the more it irritates me. Can you imagine how betrayed they felt, working hard for some company, risking their life to do this kind of job, in the end, just left for dead down in the pipe, under the sea. Slowly and painfully. No effort to save them at all. Nor at least try to go to them? Nahh... that's f* up. And then when they already dead, now they can get to their bodies? How? Why can they do that earlier? They left them. Just the same if you put it, the company ki*led them. 🤷

Just to address Nick's question on video 2 on why her missing person's case wasn't connected to the crash before her body was found, firstly the crash happened in San Mateo County and she was reported missing in San Francisco which is 40 minutes away. California Highway Patrol and San Mateo Sheriff simply would have no way of about a missing person's report in San Francisco, especially since it would have been filed after the accident happened. We don't know her personal details and what kind of social relationships she had. She could very easily have the type of family where they only communicate with each other once a week/ every couple of weeks and work for herself or a type of job where she didn't necessarily interact with people extremely regularly. Situations like that it could be a bit before anyone realized she was missing. What i feel probably happened is someone eventually saw the video, realized they haven't heard from her and after failing to get in contact with her for awhile made a missings person report to SFPD. SFPD passed it along to CHP but without the body or the car being found there's no point in publicly mentioning that they believe it's her. That Lexus isn't rare enough that you're gonna come out with that information with no other proof. Even if you're 99 percent sure you can't say it to the media until it's verified fact.

I think they wanted to hold someone accountable because there was no "over flow" . If I understood correctly, Nick said that the barrier was not needed because the venue wasn't full. There was plenty of space for more people to enter. Also, I think people assume that the police shouldve known that putting the barrier there wouldve caused the crowd crush; they believe it was preventable and therefore negligent, not an accident. Idk though because I'm not a cop... I wouldnt have thought about the effect the barrier wouldve had on the crowd flow. Sad situation nonetheless. People often want closure and believe that holding someone accountable would provide that by "evening the score".

I honestly believe, somehow, God and/or his angels trying to alert Charles' family as to where he was.

My theory about the car going off the cliff is maybe someone actually killed her before that even happened. A crash that high would cause broken bones and trauma. But i believe that someone (the killer) might have planned to throw the car off the cliff by cutting off the brakes to make people think she was in the car but the killer actually dumped her body in the ocean afterwards or before that. Idk. It's a crazy story. Also remember that the ocean is really heavy. The car is somewhere in the bottom of the ocean for sure
