Kidney Cancer Breakout: New treatments to preserve quality of life 

Great video thanks Dr.! I have done a right side kidney removal 2 yr ago. I have now reccurence at multiple spots include tummy, liver and near intesgine. Dr. said no chance for surgery but on immunotherapy. Now I have done the first infusion of Pembrolimbo and will have axitinib jointed once the head MRI scan done and no sign of tumor found in my head. Question is what options if I have no reaction to these two drugs?

Hi, I am a 32 year old female with metastatic kidney cancer in the lungs. I had a nephrectomy of my right kidney and 2 lung metastasectomy. But a year after my last metastasectomy, another nodule grew in my lung. I am now on targeted therapy with Pazopanib. The first 3 months showed Pazopanib stopping the growth of the nodule. I am now on my 5th month with Pazopanib. My question is should I consider immunotherapy with targeted therapy? Or switch to immunotherapy? Or just continue with Pazopanib?

I undergone left radical nefrectomy on 16.10.2016. I was doing well without any anti cancer drug only bp controlling drugs and follow up every 6 month was undertaken by me. On 4th september I could find out that recurrance of R C C has been found at my left renal fossa and has metastised to lungs forming small nodules. I am now under treatment of ketruda and axitinib tabs.I have got some improvement at the sametime feelimg very weak after 7th dose.I have developed problems with thyroid and itching. May be my doctor will stop treatment and give steroid unless the problem is resolved. so would I be in the same state as before?

They found a tumor in my left kidney. I am praying to god that it has not spread, but my lymph nodes are enlarged so I am terrified. I hope that it does not kill me. Sigh.
