Good evening sir I m recently diagnosed with 6 mm calculus in left ureter , and multiple fine concretions in right kidney and no evidence of hydronephrosis I also had similar complaints during my 2 nd yr of mbbs , around 10 yrs back , i had 9 mm stone in PUJ ,, it got better with expulsion therapy ,, though i didn’t get ncct back then but usg kub showed improved,, my urine routine , culture and serum creatinine have always been normal and is currently normal I m highly apprehensive sir for surgical procedures despite knowing , most of the procedures are minimally invasive Sir pls suggest something to get them removed medically,i ll follow all the restrictions and medicines with compliance ,i am highly depressed thinking about surgical intervention ( i know i sound stupid) Already consulted so many urologist but most of them advised URSL Took course of deflazacort and tamsulosin for 10 days as advised by a nephrologist friend of mine Sir pls pls help Thanks in advance sir
