That chair thing has to be one of the single greatest gags I have ever seen.

The more KITH skits I watch, the more I see "inspiration" for SNL skits...

Love the moving from one chair to the other... little things like that.

Ernie's having girl problems!!

Being a dentistry student I of course have a scientific mind.

Producers at the history channel watched this skit and thought: "Yeah, we can make a series out of this." And thus, Ancient Aliens was born!

The aliens were so dull, they just quoted the skit without providing any commentary whatsoever.

"Why don't you have a spoon that just says "Earth", it would save time..." almost spit my water out.

I remember watching this show for the first time and Dave with the chairs made me laugh more than anything else. So simple but so damn funny

How else can we explain people who say “I don’t need drugs to have a good time”?

Scott should know better than to interrupt an episode where Ernie's having girl troubles.

I was going to quote the skit without any commentary but then I read Arab Cadabra's comment: "The aliens were so dull, they just quoted the skit without providing any commentary whatsoever. " and that deflated me. He really got me. ... "Why don't you have a spoon that just says Earth? It would save time."

Dave being a UFO conspiracist really adds up.

Walking with the chair in his arms, then the spotlight pans right....perfectly timed comedic pause before rolling back into the shot. Absolutely hilarious!

this freaking show was decades ahead of it's time! this might be one of the greatest sketches ever!!

Dave wrote that sketch because he wanted a set of those chairs.

I just love Kevin Mcdonald. He is on cameo and his videos are so funny.

The fact that I still call Kids In The Hall the new Monty Python's Flying Circus, but can acknowledge that these clips look really old ... it's a little weird.

If you're out here watching KITH in 2022, you recognize great comedy.

The idea of aliens smoking pipes is amazing

and in the opinion of the lab... it is a quality garment.

The audience did not respond properly to the humor...therefore they are dull...therefore the audience were space aliens.

Perhaps because extraterrestrials are so dull they have to visit us to watch reality TV and human reality to really appreciate how well-adjusted, satisfied, happy, organized and really how great their own lives are. "At least we're not humans", could be a universal ice breaker. The response would be something like, "You are certainly right, that would be a nightmare. I will sign the peace treaty with your Galaxy!"
