That’s him w any compliments. I feel like mackie tells him often so he remembers it. Only bc the interviews on a panel where someone said to them “you’re both very handsome, he goes thanks,” and mackie says “told ya.” And plus Anthony hypes him anytime he sees him.

mikewillis33 Lol that's a myth. But it isn't exactly the best source of protein because it's difficult to digest. I wouldn't feed my kid with soy and I wouldn't give it to an athlete too often, but soy beans or smoked or marinated tofu from time to time is great, the taste, the protein... Read some studies if you're more interested in the topic.

Beer and whiskey have phytoestrogens, and are some of the manliest drinks. Coffee, oatmeal, lentils, apples, carrots, yams, and rice also have phytoestrogens, and people consume those all the time, no problem. Soy also has phytoestrogens, but suddenly any man who touches the stuff grows boobs and his penis drops off? The only reason why soy gets a bad rap and not anything else is because soy is a major ingredient in "imitation meats" and "imitation dairy." The meat and dairy industries, which have billions of dollars to lose, spread rumors that the phytoestrogens in soy produce deleterious effects, which have not be substantiated by current research. None of it is true.
