I remember this game was on CN's official website, I played it around 2004 and still remember the music background for numbuh 4 and 3 levels

Although I had ended the game, I remember Numbah 5's mission being the hardest for me because of recalling which direction to stab Stickybeard without breaking your limited amount of candy swords.

There was a version of this game in which you earn a letter of a password for beating each level (Password: N.I.G.E.L) and using the password to play the secret level where you face against The Delightful Children from down the lane.
